some sunday, i wanted to install PuTTY on that computer, but EVERYTHING stopped working all of a sudden, the mouse, keyboard, any other crap that was near the keyboard, only the power button worked, now I keep getting a black screen...

reinstall the operating system? idk bro ngl!!! im sure you can fix it i broke my windows me computer once too by simply installing direct x 8.. it was a known issue at least. why did you want putty on there?

sdf.org telnet and ssh crap, but i did not even install putty yet, and i dont really install stuff on my windows 10 machine (it has already gone through misery)...

and the keyboard and mouse broke so how am i going to reinstall it?

im not sure what you mean by "broke". unless you physically shattered it, it will work upon reinstall of the OS. aka you need to burn a disk with the OS and hope your computer can book from that drive which it probably will in this case

ATTENTION: these instructions apply to windows and its a slightly more complicated process if youre doing macos
how to get OS without ebay tutorial:
1. go to archive.org 2. search for an OS of your choice 3. download iso 4. burn iso to a CD-R or CD-RW or even a USB 5. put in computer and then turn it off, then turn it on with it inside and it will probably boot from it. 6. follow the installation instructions (it will ask you for a serial key that thankfully your computer will have on a windows sticker somewhere on it) for USB youll need to make it a bootable usb with some program just google how to make a usb bootable. it will only work if ur computer can boot from USB which if it was manufactured after like 2004 it probably can. (USB has to be formatted to FAT32)

lastly, please install putty on windows 10 and up. i cant guarantee this will work but its worth a try. not sure what operating system youre using but new programs do not work on anything older than windows 7 most of the time so its not worth your time to try. try googling the causes of an unresponsive computer that wont boot and figure it out from there too
