well, i have a tunnel now, but i am having problems with self hosted mysql, since it cant work because i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and i dont know what to do, what should i use, sqlite, postgresql, or mongodb?
but i have ftp now, so i can make and edit files instead of using ubuntu's crappy nano or whatever the other one is called

mysql is a bitch on anything not ubuntu server, so my advice is to not use it or use ubuntu server. thank you for coming.

i am using ubuntu server, and i chose sqlite (i wish i did mariadb but it was too late)

i dont have much experience with databases but i used sqlite like oerrorpage for classicshare and it works fine. and a lot more portable may i add because it stores everything in one file.
